The digital transformation driven by the development of Big Data and the Society 5.0 paradigm has significantly influenced various disciplines, including the study of Quranic interpretation. This study aims to analyze the transformation of Quranic interpretation methods in the context of digitalization and examine its implications for the development of contemporary Islamic scholarship. This research uses a qualitative approach with the methodsystematic literature review(SLR) through a review of scientific articles, digital interpretation platforms, and various relevant academic sources in recent years. Data were analyzed using thematic and critical analysis techniques to identify patterns of methodological change and emerging trends in digital interpretation practices. The results show that the digitalization of interpretation has given rise to new interpretation models, such as the use of artificial intelligence, corpus-based linguistic analysis, and the use of digital platforms that enable broader accessibility and interactivity. Furthermore, interpretation methods have shifted from conventional textual approaches to more integrative, interdisciplinary, and data-driven approaches. However, this transformation also presents serious challenges, particularly related to epistemological validity, scientific authority, and ethical aspects of technology use. In conclusion, the digitalization of Quranic interpretation represents a paradigm shift that opens up significant opportunities for expanding access and enriching interpretation methodologies, while simultaneously demanding a strong scientific framework to maintain the integrity and credibility of interpretation. Therefore, this study recommends the need to develop methodological standards and strengthen interdisciplinary collaboration to optimize the use of digital technology in developing Qur'an studies in the Society 5.0 era.
